This reminds me of being at my grandad's house in Northern Ireland... Probably since it's set around Easter (when I usually go), but also since his furniture has been virtually unchanged since the 80s/90s, and I may have also been influenced by this photo I took a few years back (note the sunlight in both):

It's also coincidental that it was taken on a 35mm camera dating from 1994 - so the same era as this is set!

That kind of lighting seems rare in Northern Ireland (as far as I can tell). Really awesome capture. :D

I don't know - there are enough hills there to cause sunlight refraction in the morning or evening, depending on your location. Even in Belfast, where it says you are on your Twitter page, there are hills - the M2 heading out of Belfast is apparently the UK's steepest motorway (1/18, according to road enthusiast websites).
